Who is this for?

Individuals ready to improve their strength. Whether you are looking to compete, break pr’s or improve general strength we’ll get you there.

How does it work? 

After you sign up by completing the payment link below, you will be sent a Waiver form (within 24hrs). Additionally, I will reach out to set up an initial meeting or call- this is optional (please email info@kafuifitness.com if you don’t receive anything within 48 hours). After our initial meeting I will begin to develop your plan. You can opt for a weekly email check ins if needed, You will provide video of your lifts and you will get a review and an assessment of your progress. I will respond to the email with feedback. Additionally, if needed we can do video calls. Please note you can contact me at anytime if you have questions or something comes up I will be available to support your training goals.

Expectations

I ask for a minimum 8 – 12 week commitment so that we can fully see the benefits of your programming, If you do wish to cancel if possible please provide a 4 week notice (1 billing period).
