How does it work? 

To register email info@kafuifitness.com! Upon registering, you will be sent an athlete intake form. After completion of the athlete intake form we will begin to develop your plan.

You may provide video of your lifts for review. Additionally, upon request you can set up video call checkins.

Expectations

Strength training is a marathon not a sprint. Stay commited, put in the effort and you will see results. If you wish to cancel, please provide a 4 week notice (1 billing period).
